Clusters of trumpet-shaped blue flowers emerge from pink buds above soft, floppy, blue-green leaves. An early Missouri native to herald the beginning of each spring, bloom cheerfully and then disappear when the heat arrives. Attracts pollinators but is deer and rabbit resistant.
