Eggs with Cafe Osage

Join us in the kitchen to learn the secrets to create three perfectly cooked egg dishes. In this class, Neal will walk you through making poached eggs with a hollandaise sauce for the classic eggs benedict, a versatile omelet, and a cheese souffle. Sip mimosas while enjoying tastes of each dish and go home with recipe cards to cook a delicious brunch. Class is limited to 8 participants. Cafe Osage classes will meet inside of Bowood. You will be walked back to the kitchen 5 minutes before class is scheduled to begin.
