Butter, Ricotta and Yogurt with Cafe Osage

Join Sara in the kitchen for an introduction to making butter, yogurt and ricotta. You’ll learn how the cafe transforms simple ingredients like milk and cream into classic dairy staples. Enjoy wine and hors d’oeuvres during the class. You’ll take home recipe cards and a trio of samples. Class is limited to 8 participants.

Cafe Osage classes will meet inside of Bowood. You will be walked back to the kitchen 5 minutes before class is scheduled to begin.
