Delicate, lacy leaves emerge chartreuse, turn golden green in summer, striking orange and scarlet tones in autumn before dropping to reveal rose-colored fuzzy branches. Small greenish flowers in mid-summer are followed by edible berries on female plants. A slow-growing dwarf cultivar with the appearance of a miniature tree; makes a dramatic specimen. Attracts butterflies and songbirds; rabbit resistant.
